Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
what is eft?
EFT, also known as ‘tapping’, is an evidence-based therapeutic technique that combines principles of acupressure, psychology and neuroscience.
what does eft do?
By tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on an emotion, sensation or issue, EFT aims to alleviate emotional distress and promote well-being.

EFT is a kind and gentle technique because it:
Relieves emotional distress first, allowing your thoughts to naturally change without force.

EFT has been shown in the research to:
Improve mood and emotional wellbeing
Improve sleep and reduce fatigue
Relieve anxiety, fear and worry
Resolve phobias
Alleviate symptoms of trauma
Reduce physical pain
