Poem - Less Coping

I wonder about the

impact

on the collective wellbeing of

humanity

if we cultivated lifestyles that required

less coping.

Instead of asking ourselves

‘how can I cope better with all this?’

what if we asked

‘how can I minimise what I have to cope with?’
